We create our waxes with the highest quality materials, we ensure that we always keep our same suppliers to offer a stable and quality product for our customers.
The main difference between the wax that is created between the Toy wax and the others, because the Toy Wax does not have clay point, and if heated it melts and becomes liquid is great for casting parts in silicon molds for refinement.
The other waxes already have this clay point and can be heated and shaped with the hands like clays.
See the features of each;
-MaxCast:
-Models-like clay;
-Super-tough (tougher than any clay we have today, the only harder wax we have is ProCast);
-Drop-resistant (to some extent, of course);
-It works great with waxpen;
-Color-light brown (color of the clay C15 and C9) pleasing to the eye and allows viewing of light and shadow more easily;
-It enables you to casting, it has high fluidity and makes no bubbles when melted;
-It has a very good and precise carve;
-Works well with D-Limonene and Alcohol torch;
-Can be used in the process of electro-plating of copper for lost wax mold making to vinyl castings;
-Excellent to be melted and poured into molds to make a positive part of an existing model (approximately 3 to 4% shrinkage when melted at 185ºF).
-It is not essential to use armature, although the armature facilitate the initial positioning of the character for visualization.
-Can be heated in the same way that the Oil Clay, bulb ovens, heat gun, domestic hair dryers, etc.
-ProCast:
-This is a harder version os MaxCast;
-Super-tough (tougher than any clay or wax that we have today);
-Drop-resistant (to some extent, of course);
-It works great with waxpen;
-Color gray-pleasing and allows viewing of light and shade with ease;

-Toy Wax:
-Hard to the touch, but can be easily carved with dental tools or similar;
-It works great with waxpen;
-It enables you to casting perfectly well as it is very liquid when melted;
-It has a carve-very good and precise;
-Works well with D-Limonene;
-Can be used in the process of electro-plating of copper for lost wax mold making to vinyl castings or bronze since the wax burns out completely leaving no residue in the mold;
-Can be sanded and polished. |
