EASYFLO 95- Liquid Plastic

EasyFlo products are super-low viscosity polyurethane resins excellent for casting decorative objects, prototypes, scale models, sculptural reproductions, duplicate masters and much more. A 1:1 mix by volume makes EasyFlo products simple to use. Super-low viscosity liquids make for perfect detail penetration and bubble free castings without the need for vacuum or pressure techniques. Rapid curing allows parts to be demolded in minutes.

Can be used for application directly on top of polystyrene or polyurethane foam, the resin when cured can be easily sanded and painted.

Mold preparation:
Apply a layer of Vaseline Spray to increase the life of the silicon mold, do not recommend applying Vaseline paste with a brush because this way the coating is not uniform and details may be lost. After the piece ready recommend washing it with water and detergent to remove the Vaseline so that the paint has a better grip on the resin.

Separate quantities of 2 components by volume or weight in 2 clean containers and pour the two parts into a larger and clean container.
Mix well, scraping sides and bottom repeatedly. Pour the mold properly prepared within 1 minute. The working time is 4 to 5 minutes. To rotate and get hollow parts, the mold may not have openings and should rotate the mold in all directions slowly until the resin stop running. The resin is white when cured, this is a good indication that the resin gel, check the rest of resin into the mixing bowl.
You can also add various types of fillers to thicken the resin giving wider coverage uniform and lower the cost (we recommend 50% or less load on the total volume of the mixture).

Demold after 40 to 60 minutes at room temperature. Tightly close containers after use.

WARNING: May cause irritation to the skin and eyes.
Avoid contact with eyes, skin and clothing. Do not eat.
Wash your hands after handling the product. First Aid: In case of contact with skin, wash with soap and plenty of water. In case of contact with eyes, flush with water for 15 minutes and contact your ophthalmologist. If swallowed, drink water to dilute the product, induce vomiting and seek medical advice. In case of spillage, absorb with inert material and separate the waste into a suitable container and dispose according to local legislation.
